Do you work as a design-and-build contractor?
Yes. We can take a project from concept design through construction, or build to a design prepared by your own architect and engineers.
How do you keep the programme predictable?
The schedule is linked to the BIM model, so sequencing is rehearsed before work starts and progress is measured against the same plan every week.
Can you build in phases while parts of the site are in use?
Yes. Phasing, access and temporary works are planned in the 4D model so occupied areas stay safe and operational.
What do we receive at handover?
Test and commissioning records, as-built drawings and an updated model that your facility team can use for maintenance.
