01
Commercial buildings and shophouse districts, delivered with BIM-coordinated site control.
02
Feasibility, design review, supervision and cost control from concept to handover.
03
Bridges, toll roads and regional roads engineered for a century of Indonesian traffic.
↗Build sequence · Bridge
01/ 04Foundation
Drone and LiDAR survey, soil investigation and bored piles. Every structure starts from data measured on site, not assumed.
02/ 04Structure
Pylons, decks and frames go up against a BIM model checked daily, so clashes are solved on screen before they reach steel and concrete.
03/ 04Network
Stay cables, pavement, drainage and utilities tie the structure into the road network it serves, sequenced in 4D to keep traffic moving.
04/ 04Handover
Load tests, as-built surveys and a digital twin handed to the owner, so the asset can be maintained for decades.
02By the numbers
↗Build sequence · Toll road
01/ 04Earthworks
Survey stakes set the alignment, then cut and fill bring the corridor to grade, compacted and tested layer by layer.
02/ 04Base
Aggregate base and lean concrete go down to profile, checked against the design surface by GNSS-guided machines.
03/ 04Pavement
Slipform pavers lay 30 cm of rigid pavement with dowelled joints, and the median barrier follows close behind.
04/ 04Operations
Markings, signs, lighting and the toll plaza are commissioned, then the section opens and traffic starts to flow.

01/ 04Foundation
Soil tests size the pad footings, and a ground beam ties them into one base for the whole row.
02/ 04Frame
Columns and slabs are cast storey by storey against the BIM model, with the tower crane and formwork on a planned cycle.
03/ 04Envelope
Brick infill, window frames and the roof make each unit weathertight, ready for services and finishes.
04/ 04Handover
Shop fronts, signage and street lighting are commissioned, and every unit is handed over with as-built drawings.
04Technology
T01
One federated model for structure, MEP and civil works, clash-checked before anything is fabricated.
T02
Centimetre-level terrain and progress data, flown on a schedule instead of estimated from the ground.
T03
Programme linked to the model, so sequencing, traffic management and cash flow are planned visually.
T04
As-built model and sensor-ready asset data delivered to the owner for decades of maintenance.
